Booking Information: I can paint approx 10 children an hour depending on designs chosen. Please allow a two hour booking for 20 children, a three hour booking for 30 children etc.
I will give you numbered stickers at the beginning of the party for you to decide who will be painted in the time paid for - I will stay until all these have been painted. Any child not included in this arrangement will only be painted at extra cost. If I have painted all the children with stickers within the time paid for I will carry on until agreed finish time.

The face painter will refuse to paint anyone who is or appears to have any "illness" which includes but not limited to sick, cold sores, conjunctivitis, any infectious skin condition, eczema or open wounds.The face painter does not need to give an explanation of why.
If possible the face painter will work on an alternative area ie arm.
Designs / colours may vary from those shown.
Liability Statement
The face painter is not liable for allergic reactions to paints. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate, or have the face painter perform a "test patch" before the beginning of the session.For sanitary reasons the face painter will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property.
The client agrees to pay for any any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guest and / or any damage to artists' equipment or supplies caused by pets or guests.
The face painter will not supervise children, their behaviour and safety is the clients and / or parents responsibility. The face painter can not see other children and what they are doing while face painting
By sitting in the face painters chair it is deemed that you have read and understood the above. If you have any questions please ask first.
Helping a Face Painter
The day arrives and you want to help paint faces what should you do? After all its easy, its just some paint, sponges and brushes isn't it?Actually nothing could be further from the truth.
A good face painter will have trained for hours and hours, perfecting their skills. Face painters also learn about hygiene. Each sponge (or half sponge) will only be used once per session (then washed in a machine at 60 degrees). Their brushes will be cleaned and sterilised. The paints the face painter uses are specialist face paints, they will be kept clean and not all brown muddy looking (unless it is the brown face paint!).
The face painter will know their own kit, what works and what does not work and how to treat the equipment. The face painter will have invested a lot of money in their equipment /insurance/ training.
The best thing you can do to help a face painter is to organise the queue, make sure the face painter is supplied with drinks, and keep the children away from the equipment (no finger dipping in the paints!).
Remember, the face painter is there to paint faces, not crowd manage, so please NEVER ask a face painter can you help by "painting a few faces".
Please also note that yes you can buy "face painting kits" but these do not come with one essential ingredient, Experience.
After all you would not buy a few tools and say you are a trades person would you?
